A newly renovated one-bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor of a building in a residential area of the city with independent access. The city center is easily reachable in 15 minutes, thanks to the frequent bus lines passing through the area. The accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a double bedroom with a dedicated work space, and a bathroom with all the necessary comforts. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, HD TV, and a washing machine.
